Map of the IPs in db-ip

Seeing John Matherly's Twitter at https://twitter.com/achillean/status/505049645245288448, I would love to do the similar work. But I choose a more simply way. I just plot the IPs in the db-ip database. Clearly my dataset is much smaller comparing to his.
